We invite you to discover our gîte "La Maison de Léon" located in the north of Lozère and 20 minutes from the A75 motorway.

Our charming carefully decorated cottage is located in a small hamlet perched at an altitude of 1000m in the heart of the Margeride. It will welcome you for holidays or rejuvenating stays.

La Maison de Léon, a mix of modern and old, is made up on the ground floor of a pleasant living room where you can meet with family or friends by the fire during chilly evenings or around a farm table.

You will also find its fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room as well as an annex room for storing things.

Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed 140, its bathroom and its separate toilet.

Outside, you can enjoy the calm when lying on a deckchair in the shade of the wicker or read a book sitting on the bench ...

Anxious to provide you with all the necessary equipment to make your vacation as successful as possible and to lighten your suitcases as much as possible, we provide cleaning products, shower gel, soap, dishwashing products, coffee with its filters, all kitchen consumables ...

For simplicity, we offer the rental of sheets and towels. And for more comfort, the cleaning option for 50 €.

Lovers of hiking will find shoes to their feet: Several paths from the cottage with typical views of the Margeride; kms of marked paths from the Bouviers station located 10 minutes away.

For the more athletic, mountain biking markings are also installed.

Lozère, "land of 2000 sources", is full of superb fishing spots. Being a sinner myself, I will be happy to advise you the best.

Autumn remains the season for mushrooms. The woods of Margeride are famous for picking porcini mushrooms in particular ...

During the winter, the cross-country ski resort, the Baraque des Bouviers offers you in addition to its ski slopes, snowshoe hikes, dog sled rides and other activities. For the more athletic, the Super Lioran ski resort located 1 hour away, will allow you to practice Alpine skiing.

The Bisons d'Europe park, where you can walk with them in a horse-drawn carriage or sleigh depending on the season, is located 15 minutes from the cottage. Wolf lovers or children can visit the Gévaudan wolf animal park located 25 min.
