On the ground floor: entrance, living room and large kitchen-dining room.
Upstairs: a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
The exteriors consist of two terraces, a backyard and a small meadow below.
A parking space is available.
Very sunny location, South-West orientation. A sycamore shades one of the terraces in the afternoon.
Dogs are accepted, up to two, at no additional cost.
The house is located in a hamlet of eight dwellings, with a magnificent view of the mountain range (Monts du Velay).
In Saint-Julien, 4.5 km away, there are shops and restaurants (a gourmet restaurant among others) as well as a pharmacy, doctors and nurses and a veterinary practice.
The Saint-Julien market takes place on the square every Monday morning. Mini market on Sunday.

"Superbe maison"
J'ai passé un excellent séjour à la fermette Marcon des Gonnets, avec mon mari et nos deux chiens. La maison est confortable et possède le charme authentique de l'ancien. Le grand terrain était idéal pour faire gambader nos chiens, et nous avons adoré passer les soirées sur la terrasse à regarder le coucher du soleil.
