This old restored farmhouse is surrounded by nature, quiet and offers you its splendid view. Access is easy, even in winter.
All shops are 3 minutes away in the village of Vagney (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). Lake Gerardmer is 15 minutes away.
The farm has all modern comforts: 2 large bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sauna.
The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. They are spacious (13 to 18 m²) and all offer a view of the valleys. There are no other residents in the building (the other parts are attics and storage areas)
You will have a private green space not overlooked (garden table and chairs, deckchairs, swings with small slide, barbecue).

"Hele mooie en rustige plek"
Een mooi verbouwde traditionele boerderij. Heerlijk rustige plek een eind de berg op. De drukte kun je zelf opzoeken. We waren hier met twee volwassenen en drie kinderen van 5 tot 12 jaar in de zomer van 2022 en in 2023. Heel vriendelijke eigenaren en toeschietelijk bij vragen, prettige en snelle communicatie. Zulke leuke eigenaren kom je niet vaak tegen! 's Nachts uilen en herten. Overdag de waterval Saut du Bouchot heel dichtbij, een hele mooie plek waar we bijna elke dag zijn gaan zwemmen. Het uitzicht is heel mooi, je kunt de zon zien ondergaan. Zeker een aanrader!

"Au vert, au calme, au grand bonheur !"
Quel bonheur de séjourner dans ce gite si chaleureux, où on s'y est cru chez nous si vite !
Tout est parfait pour un séjour au calme, où chacun peut prendre ses aises (quelle superficie !), en surplombant une belle vallée. Vue imprenable assurée !
C'est un très beau point de chute pour de belles balades vosgiennes.
Tout semble avoir été pensé, dans les chambres, les salles de bains, comme dans la cuisine.
Valérie & Pascal sont aux p'tits soins si vous en avez besoin & savent être très discrets aussi !

"Très bon weekend entre amis"
Valérie et Pascal sont des hôtes très accueillants. Le gîte se situe au calme en pleine nature avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Boulangeries et commerces de proximité sont accessibles en moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Gérardmer est à seulement 20 minutes de route. Départs de ballades au pied du gîte. Grand Sauna, trois belles chambres avec vue sur la vallée, cuisine bien équipée, poêle à granulés pour les soirées au coin du feu, aire de jeux. Nous recommandons ce gîte pour les familles et amis qui souhaitent se ressourcer au milieu de la nature tout en profitant des attraits touristiques de la région.
