The apartment features a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette with a dishwasher. A sofa is provided.

A garden is surrounding The Roschitz apartment. It features a terrace, where you can sunbathe and barbecue. Children can play table tennis and romp around on the playground.

You can store your ski equipment on site. Freshly baked bread rolls are delivered on request and Ferienwohnung Roschitz also features covered parking spaces.

A golf course is 3 km away and Bludenz can be reached within 20 minutes by car.

Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children from 2 to 14 years old stay for 14 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Persons 15 years and over stay for 18 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 10 € per person per night when sleeping in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.
