Ferienhaus Sam comprises a living room, a kitchenette with a coffee machine, a toaster and a dishwasher. The modernly furnished apartment is fitted with wooden floors and a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a hairdryer.

You can relax in the well-maintained garden. A storage room for your ski equipment is provided for free, while Wi-Fi is available against a surcharge.

Free private parking is possible on site. The closest restaurants and a supermarket are a 10-minute walk away. A ski bus stops also a 10-minute walk away and continues to the ski area Mutterer Alm and the Patscherkofel Ski Area.

Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within 7 minutes on foot. The Freizeitzentrum Axams Recreation Area, where you can enjoy free access to the indoor pool, is a 3-minute drive from Sam Ferienhaus.

Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Persons 5 years and over stay for 15 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Children up to 4 years old (inclusive) stay for 10 € per person per night when sleeping in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
