The approx. 65 sqm large and dog-friendly cottage in bungalow style offers space for max. Four people.
The entrance area can be reached via our 16 sqm furnished terrace. The large bedroom can be reached from the living-kitchen area and can accommodate 2 people with a double bed of size 180 cm x 200 cm. The open kitchen is furnished with a cozy sitting area with couch and TV. The kitchen area itself, has a kitchenette with various equipment, including ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, div. Crockery and a dining table. The kitchen leads through the hallway to the smaller bedroom with additional flat screen TV, a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and wardrobe. Also from the hallway you can reach the bathroom and the storage room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating.
On the property there are parking spaces. The ancillary costs (especially water consumption) are included in the scope of normal consumption. We reserve a separate calculation in case of increased consumption!
