The apartment is just a 5-minute drive to Kek Lok Sik Temple and within a 21-minute drive to Penang International Airport. The UNESCO World Heritage Site, Georgetown, is a 12-minute drive away, where Komtar Tower, the tallest building in Penang is also located.

Featuring a kitchenette, air-conditioned apartment is equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, a fridge and ironing facilities. A rice cooker, electric kettle and microwave are also included. The en suite bathroom comes with a hairdryer and hot/cold shower.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. A prepayment deposit equivalent to the first night's rate via bank transfer or PayPal is required within 24 hours of booking to guarantee your reservation. As the property does not have a front desk, guests are required to provide their expected arrival and departure times, at least 3 days prior to check-in date.
