This Gîte classified 3* for 2 people has a capacity of 4 people. It is located in a building independent of our home. On the ground floor, you have the living room, in which numerous books and board games are available for the duration of your stay, the kitchen area and the bathroom
The kitchen area is equipped with a top fridge, a freezer, two hotplates, an oven (45 L) a microwave, a filter coffee maker and a pod coffee maker and all the dishes and utensils you will need during your stay.
For sleeping, you have 2 90*200 beds upstairs and a sofa bed on the ground floor for 2 people. For your comfort, we have ensured the quality of the bedding. For a real vacation, all you need to do is pack your bags: sheets are provided and beds made before your arrival. A baby cot and a high chair are available to you on request.
The terrace and its garden furniture welcome you both for your sunny breakfasts and for your “barbecue” evenings. A ping-pong table is also available.

"Magnifique"
Ce gîte est tout simplement remarquable, offrant une décoration qui favorise une atmosphère cocooning. Les choix de matériaux sont raffinés tout en préservant l'authenticité de la pierre. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement, avec un petit café disponible le matin, ainsi que de petites attentions agréables. N'hésitez pas à y séjourner pour un dépaysement assuré et une expérience des plus plaisantes.

"Just Lovely"
Karine and Daniel are wonderful hosts. The loft is very cool in every way! It is a neat design, modern mixed with the original stone walls. I found it chic. The gîte is tucked away on a quiet road with a view of the countryside. You can walk and enjoy the surroundings in peace. The hosts are very welcoming and we enjoyed having an apéro with them. Coffee on the deck is magic and at night it was silence all around. We had a lovely stay. I highly recommend it.

"Place de charme"
Cet appartement est très plaisant.
Les espaces sont très fonctionnels et permettent de s'y déplacer avec aisance.
Nous étions trois amis et avons réussi a trouver notre organisation entre le salon cosy , et l'espace jardin.
L'environnement de champs de tournesols et d'arbres fruitiers m'a personnellement enchantée.
Les hôtes sont charmants et accueillants, discrets et présents en même temps si besoin pour des conseils de visites, de ballades ou autres.
C'est un lieu que je recommande vivement, aussi bien pour un séjour en amoureux, en famille ou entre amis.

"Séjour entre amis"
Cet été, nous avons passé une semaine excellente, entre amis dans ce gîte. Celui-ci était très fonctionnel, décoré avec élégance. Nous avons été reçus comme des amis par la propriétaire Karine, charmante, comme d'ailleurs sa famille. Le lieu est calme et bien situé pour découvrir tous les différents lieux de la région du Gers. Que vous soyez seul, en famille, entre amis ou en amoureux, ce gîte est un bon choix, vous ne serez pas déçus.

"Très beau gîte"
Gîte de charme, très spacieux, bien équipé et très bien décoré. Très bon accueil des propriétaires très sympathiques ! Nous avons passé une très belle semaine au calme dans la campagne gersoise, et avons pu découvrir différentes villes (Auch, Mirande, Vic Fezensac, Lupiac, Condom...) à 40min au plus du gîte.

"Magnifique"
Mes enfants ont passé un super weekend de pantecotes.
L'appartement est spacieux, bien agencé et décoré avec goût, il est très bien placé pas loin de Vic fezensac et de Auch.
Nous savons que c'est votre première location, il manquait une clim ou un ventilateur car il faisait très chaud.
Et concernant le frigo il manquait un petit congélateur ou Freezer pour mettre des glaçons, des glaces ou autre denrées congelables.
Autrement l'accueil et la communication avant, pendant et après avec notre hôte Karine été exceptionnelle.
Si un jour on vient dans le coin on y reviendra avec plaisir.
