The small hamlet of Esparoutis is located in a corner of the unspoilt valley of the river Ceou. Originally built around the 18th century, "Les Paroules" in Esparoutis is a collection of 3 old stone houses, barns and timber and again in 2020 to transform the old honey -coloured stone farm houses typical of the region into a modern retreat for those looking for a peaceful location in the French countryside.
In the centre is 'La Maison', built in 1729 in 1797, an old farmhouse with an adjoining stone barn, an open plan lounge in kitchen of great country cooks, stone floors and cathedral ceilings.
Le Gîte, was built in 1861, is located at the rear of the property. It is a village house with many original features in rustic charm.
The Sechoir built in the beginning of the 20th century is at the entrance of the property and is an old walnut wood dryer that
has been completely renovated in a rustic and cozy chalet style from local wood. Each house has a sunny courtyard or private terraces and gardens overlooking the meadows and the valley.
