The villa has a capacity of 6 people maximum (5 adults maximum), but only the number of people registered at the time of booking will be able to stay in the villa, in which case a supplement of 12€ per person per night + tourist tax will be requested for additional people not planned at the time of booking, and of course, without exceeding the maximum capacity of 6.

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation but is tolerated outside

It is prohibited to charge your electric vehicle on the rental sockets. We can advise you on the locations of the nearest terminals.

No parties or events possible for the comfort of the neighborhood

Only one dog is accepted in the cottage but under certain conditions-->
- no category dogs
- up-to-date vaccinations
- no very very large dogs (ex Saint Bernard and other same sizes)

We provide household linen.
It is included in the reservation price.
it includes bed linen, terry towels (one large and one small per person), shower mats, tea towels.

We do not charge cleaning fees and count on you to return the house to us in the condition in which you found it when you arrived.

If you want a cleaning option which is 90 €, you will have to specify it to us when you book.

For information, the end-of-stay cleaning option includes cleaning the bathroom, floors and windows and does not mean doing the dishes for you or clearing your table.

The reservation is made for the number of people indicated in the reservation.
If the owner finds upon arrival of the travelers or during the stay that the number of travelers exceeds the number provided for in the contract, the owner may refuse / expel the additional people.
Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the traveler.
