Located at the gateway to the "Golden Triangle" of the Dordogne valley between Sarlat and Bergerac, the Maison Marqueyssac welcomes you for an authentic holiday surrounded by nature. You will stay in a charming, very bright stone house, ideal for a small family with a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Take advantage of the calm of this place as well as the magnificent view of the garden and the surrounding fields; taking your breakfast in the veranda with bay windows opening on three sides, you will undoubtedly see one or the other deer and be able to observe the many birds singing at the top of the quince trees. In the evening, you are in the front row to admire the magnificent spectacle of colors and lights that nature offers us when the sun goes down.

Spend high standing holidays in absolute calm and in an exceptional environment: the Maison Marqueyssac is surrounded by 40 hectares of fields, forests and small woods. Access to the Estate is via a private path 500 meters long; we are therefore far from the "outside world", other people's cars and even our closest neighbors. Many hiking trails start directly from the Domaine. During your walks, you will undoubtedly come across pheasants, partridges, roe deer and rabbits.

The town of Lalinde with its supermarket, convenience stores and small local market is only 9 kilometers away. Most of the region's tourist attractions are within a radius of about thirty kilometers around the Domaine.

Our site extends over a one and a half hectare park with century-old trees, flowers in all seasons and a large swimming pool nestled in the ruins of an old barn. The swimming pool is facing south, fenced and secured by an alarm. Children will find what they are looking for in the little house filled with toys adjoining the pool area. The park has many relaxation areas and leisure opportunities (deckchairs, hammocks, parasols, ping-pong table, badminton, pétanque, etc.). Books and board games are available to everyone.

Veranda-dining room, living room with TV (satellite reception, large number of international channels), WIFI + CPL router, large bay window with stunning views of the garden. A pellet stove provides gentle warmth during the cooler seasons in these two rooms.

Small fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, blender, kitchen scales, coffee machine, crockery), a bathroom with Italian shower and WC, a 10 m² bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and a 9 m² bedroom with two 90x190 beds.
