In the restaurants of Edem Resort Medical&SPA, there are some restrictions on visits with children under 12 years old:
For children up to 4 years of age, the service "room-service" (Children's and general menu of restaurants) has been implemented without additional charging of interest for service.
If necessary, a high chair for feeding will be delivered to the room. It is impossible to visit restaurants with children under 4 years old.
If desired, parents/accompanying persons can also use the "room-service" service at the same time as the child's meal, also without additional payment for the service.
Visiting the Terrace by the Lake restaurant is allowed for children aged 4 to 12 years until 18:00, visiting the De Vine restaurant until 20:00.
At other times, you can use the "room-service" service on general terms.
Please note that the hotel will contact you directly regarding the prepayment of your reservation. Prepayment should be made within 2 days after booking. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation in case the deposit has not been transferred.
The Edem Resort Medical & SPA team takes care that the stay of guests and their pets is comfortable and at the same time does not cause discomfort to other guests of the hotel.
The hotel has the following conditions for staying with pets:
– when staying in the Hotel with a pet – it is necessary to make a cash deposit in the amount of 600 USD to 1200 USD, depending on the size of the animal, for possible risks of damage to hotel property.
Spoilage or damage to hotel property is considered any action committed by a pet, which led to material damage to the hotel (furniture damage, carpet contamination, scratches on the floor or walls, etc.). In the absence of damage, the money deposit is returned at the end of the stay at the hotel. In case of discovery of damaged or damaged property, the guest is obliged to pay for all damages according to the price list located at the hotel reception.
In addition to the amount specified in the previous paragraph - pay UAH , 00. as a one-time payment for general cleaning, which is carried out by a hotel employee after the departure of a guest living with pets while preparing the room for the next guest.

2. Do not leave your friends alone in the room - they will miss you.
3. Guests who come to the hotel with pets must ensure that the pet does not mark the green areas on the hotel territory, as well as furniture, curtains, walls in the hotel premises.
4. We ask our guests to ensure the absence of a pet during the cleaning of the room by the hotel staff or during the repair work in the room.
