Playground Ski-to-door access5 minutes from the slopes of the family resort of Saint-Jean-d'Arves, connected to the largest ski area in Maurienne "Les Sybelles" (including connections between the 6 resorts in the area - with more than 310 km of slopes), we rent, in a fully renovated and restored old farm dating from the 16th century (with magnificent French ceilings, ...), two very comfortable apartments with a capacity of 4//5 people maximum. NO ELECTRIC BIKE ROOM, you have a car charging station 600m away
Each apartment has a panoramic view of the mountains and in particular of the Etendard glacier.
No parties or gatherings of people.
A deposit will be requested upon handing over the keys.
cleaning must be done on the day of departure (return the apartment in the same condition as on the day of arrival) or take the cleaning option on the rental contract
You can rent sheets but not towels.
Change of mattress protector and pillowcase for each new tenant.
The apartments are close to the slopes, 500m away, and far from the crowds.
You will appreciate the free shuttle at the foot of the apartments which will take you to the foot of the slopes and then bring you back.
In the summer, the free little train will take you to the different hamlets of St Jean d'Arves and to the neighboring resort of St Sorlin d'Arves where you can swim in the landscaped and guarded lake.

How to go to LA MAISON D'AUGUSTIN in Saint-Jean d'Arves?
By the road :
Follow the motorway A43 Chambéry-Turin, and take exit 27 Saint-Jean de Maurienne.
Then, in the town center of Saint-Jean de Maurienne, take the direction "Valley of the Arvan-Cross of the Iron Cross" by the D926 (18 km).
Then follow the direction Saint-Jean d'Arves.
Our apartments are located in the hamlet of LA TOUR.
It is the chief place of Saint-Jean d'Arves where also are the MAIRIE, THE CHURCH OF THE TOWER and the cemetery.
Some useful information:
In summer, and only in summer, access is possible by Grenoble and the magnificent Col de la Croix de Fer.
A gas station is now available at the entrance to the village. It is self-service 24 hours a day and payment is made only by CB.
Important details:
Snow chains are essential in winter. It is imperative to have in your chest to climb to the village of Saint-Jean d'Arves, whether it snow or not. Indeed, the gendarmerie can regulate traffic from Saint-Jean de Maurienne and allow only vehicles equipped to mount in station. Also, in order to save you a lot of discomforts, we strongly invite you to equip yourself properly. Snow tires are not always enough! And if it is snowing a lot, think of chains on the areas provided for this purpose and not directly on the road so as not to hinder other users ... Thank you
