Duplex of 41m² - Upstairs 1 spacious bedroom with 1 double bed, on the 1st level cabin with bunk beds, bathroom with bathtub/WC, living room with convertible sofa. South facing terrace.

Ideally located for all summer and winter mountain activities.

-For hikers, numerous hikes for all levels are available to you, numerous medium or high mountain circuits, very quick access to the legendary Néouvielle massif and its granite and its 200 lakes. Spain nearby (Pineta Valley).
-For road cycling, you will be located at the start of the legendary passes of the Tour de France (Aspin, Peyresourde, Azet, Hourquette d'Ancizan, col du Portet, du Tourmalet...) GPX tracks on request.

-For mountain bikers: Marked hiking trails, enduro descents, 2 Bike Parks, 3 Pumptracks

- Winter: You will have the choice between numerous ski resorts (shuttles departing from Arreau) Ski resorts: Saint-Lary 10 km, Peyragudes 18 km, Val Louron 20 km, Piau Engaly 30 km
