Please do not be concerned if the water shade looks unusual, this is simply due to natural iron content in the borehole supply. The owner also confirms that the borehole supply itself is also checked as per private water supply requirements.

Please note; The bathroom and cloakroom facilities are as follows; The main family bathroom on the top floor has a large corner bath with integral shower (takes 1 adult or 2 children) plus a dedicated shower closet, WC and washbasin. The Ensuite in the Master bedroom has a new large walk-in double shower, WC and washbasin. There is also a large Washroom, off the hallway ground floor with WC and washbasin. There is then a small Washroom, on the lower ground floor with WC and washbasin
