The cottage is ideally located in a very quiet area, in the countryside, surrounded by animals (horses, ponies, highland cows, moat goats, ornamental chickens and ducks), and 15 minutes from the magnificent beaches of South Finistère, ... from the Pointe du Trévignon at the walled town of Concarneau, facing the Glénans islands, ... the medieval town of Quimper, or the Pont-Aven museum.

The gîte offers 4 rooms (the polar one, the fairies, the korrigans and the foxhole) with beds in 160 high-end bedding, televisions and libraries, and a mezzanine (the crow's nest, beds in 90)
1 well-equipped kitchen, a living room with access to a 40 m² terrace not overlooked and a view of the horse meadow, a second terrace with a view of the cow fields, a private garden of 600 m², large parking space private, a kiosk, a barbecue area with its picnic table under the apple tree.
