You will have the freedom to use the outdoor space which has a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees, with a large swimming pool recently renovated and secured, a campfire around which to gather in the evening, multiple terraces, barbecue, tables & chairs for lunch or dinner outside, as well as a vegetable garden and wonderful fruit trees.
The villa is a 350m2 space that can accommodate up to 14 people. It has 7 bedrooms, 6 1/2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 terraces and 2 kitchens. You will have access to all the modern comfort for your stay, such as the AC, towels and bedsheets provided, all kitchen equipment needed and a countryside decoration.
The owners do not live on site, giving you all the tranquility you need in a privatized domain. The guardian is on site and very discreet, on the other side of the housing complex.
For young and older kids alike, there is a yoga and gym studio along with a ping-pong table and a pétanque court which will undoubtedly keep you entertained, along with many touristic and sportive activities around.

Follow the following steps to reach us safely at Manzac d'en Bas. If you only use the address above with Google Maps, the directions will take you on a major detour. Here is how to avoid the detour via the hills:
1) Enter Daumazan Sur Arize, 09350 in your GPS or Google Maps.
2) Turn left after the bridge at the exit of the village, direction Castex.
3) 1.8km further (after the car garage, exactly at this PIN https://goo.gl/maps/oc5GJPhkCEjyazci9, turn right and cross the small bridge.
**There will be a no entry sign except residents, I advise you to simply put the coordinates of the PIN https://goo.gl/maps/oc5GJPhkCEjyazci9 in Google Maps to be sure not to miss it.**
4) You are 2min from the Manzac estate and there is only one road. You can not be wrong.
