Thierry and Ghislaine Alcaraz welcome you to their lodgings at Domaine de la Gâcherie in Dordogne in the heart of the Périgord vert.
This old 17th / 18th century farmhouse has been saved from ruin and renovated since 1997.
Now it includes 2 high-end lodgings with a 4-star rating, a mansion, a games room, a 6 x 12 m heated swimming pool, a pool house with Spa and a private cinema / multimedia room and a summer kitchen in the local bread oven.
The layout of the buildings offers large private spaces without vis-à-vis.

The property is located 2 km from Excideuil on the heights enjoying a magnificent view.
Excideuil is a small town of 1500 inhabitants in the north-east of the Dordogne with shops and supermarkets, a local market every Thursday.

The lodgings can be rented independently or together, in free management or with an à la carte catering.
The gîte "La Girouette" is an old house from the 17th century, with a surface area of 200 m², it can accommodate 10 people and has 4 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms.
The cottage "Les Figuiers", an old barn which has benefited from a more contemporary restoration, can accommodate on its 140 m² up to 10 people and consisting of a large living room and 3 bedrooms including a duplex dormitory with mezzanine , each bedroom has its private bathroom with WC.

The lodgings have been designed with a cable network allowing WiFi access with a very fluid speed, satellite TV offers many foreign channels in addition to DTT channels.
