Located between the countryside, the city (3 minutes from Coutances) and the sea (10 minutes from the seaside resort of Agon-Coutainville), you will discover at the end of a large tree-lined path the domain of La Dauvinerie, a former farmhouse in local stone in the heart of a 4 hectare wooded park, where deer, herons, wild ducks and moorhens venture onto the pond.
Transformed today into charming lodgings, it preserves the authenticity of the rough places, in stone, with modern comfort.
A haven of tranquility combining beauty and serenity of the landscape, the estate will offer you a warm and family welcome, a setting with delicate and generous colors, ideal for all types of events or for a green setting.
Located in Gratot, the “Eloquent” cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a living room equipped with a flat-screen TV, a small airlock with cupboard and washbasin and a toilet.
Upstairs, the landing leads to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and 1 separate toilet. A terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
This cottage is designed to accommodate 6 people, but has an additional bed that can increase its accommodation capacity to 8 people (convertible sofas).
