We welcome you to Maison Kerveda in Pluneret at the gates of Auray in Morbihan in our 50 m² PRM gîte, consisting of a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a dressing room and a large storage space.

Our cottage has a separate entrance at the back of our house. Located on the ground floor, in a quiet area, this PMR apartment opens onto a beautiful private terrace of 20m² equipped with garden furniture, a table and four chairs, a parasol, deckchairs and deck chairs overlooking on a closed and wooded park. Charcoal barbecue a few steps from the terrace.

In the living room, a new quality convertible sofa, a dining area, a round table and 4 chairs, an 80 cm television, a DVD player with a choice of numerous DVDs, a kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, hotplates. induction, multifunction oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and kitchen equipment. In the bedroom overlooking our pond through a large bay window, a 140/190 bed, new quality bedding, welcomes you. In the adjoining dressing room, possibility of sleeping for a child on a 90/190 mattress.

The cottage is completed by a large storage space with freezer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, baby equipment provided and numerous games for all ages.

You have double access to the bathroom, one through the living room and another through the bedroom.

PRM access to the bedroom is via the bathroom.

Animals are accepted in our gîte, dogs and cats.

Maison Kerveda is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, bordered on one side by the forest and on the other by a park with games for children. Nearby, football field, tennis court and course in the woods.
