Our gîte is a 40 m² apartment, currently undergoing

validation. It is ideally located in the center of La Rochelle (250 meters from the old port), on rue Saint Michel which is pedestrian.

You will be close to restaurants, shops, numerous places to visit and stroll, the headquarters of the Community of Communes of La Rochelle, the Town Hall and the Grand Marché open 7 days a week.
The cottage will seduce you with its equipment and careful decoration. It is composed of a pretty and bright living room with dining area, a bedroom equipped with a 160x200 cm bed, a bathroom with WC, a beautiful separate kitchen and a service room of 6 .5 m².

For people with reduced mobility, its big advantage is that it is located on the ground floor in a condominium of 3 extremely quiet apartments.
The Arsenal paid parking lot is 100 meters away, and free parking is 600 meters away.
