Table tennisThis charming Breton cottage is nestled in the small hamlet of Kerbequet, in the heart of rural Brittany. The chalet, with its large garden, is ideal for groups of 4/5 people, plus 1 baby, with plenty of space inside and out. a 5 minute drive from the village of Méneac where there is a bar, restaurant and a small supermarket selling bread and pastries.
The chalet is an ideal base for visiting the many attractions of this beautiful part of Brittany.
INSIDE
Upon entering the property you are immediately into the open plan kitchen / living room and dining room.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large electric cooker with three ovens and induction hobs, a separate fridge and freezer and a washing machine. There is also a coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster. The circular dining table comfortably seats five people.
The lounge area has comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove, ideal for the cooler months.
“Smart” TV has UK channels. A WiFi connection is available throughout the hotel.
There is a downstairs shower / utility room with separate WC. Here is also a tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1: Velux windows make this room light and bright. It has a King Size bed, dressing table and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom has twin beds and storage space for clothes.
Bathroom: the bathroom has a beautiful free-standing bathtub and also a shower. There is a toilet and a sink.
A cot and a high chair are available.
OUTSIDE
The pretty garden is accessed through patio doors in the living room.
There is a large grassed area for the kids to let off steam!
Badminton and table tennis are provided.
The garden is secure making it suitable for children.
Dogs are generally welcome. Please inquire at time of booking. Pet fees apply and a dog policy is issued at time of booking.
A stone barbecue is provided. There is a table and chairs outside for 'al fresco' dining.
This is a non-smoking property.
The chalet is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and is not wheelchair accessible.
Parking is available for 2 cars.

Le client sera responsable de régler le montant restant de la location sauf si le le propriétaire peut re-louer son bien.
Il est fortement recommandé que le client souscrive à une assurance voyage comprenant une couverture annulation et médicale ainsi qu’une assurance pour vos effets personnel, responsabilité civile… qui ne sont pas couverts par l’assurance du propriétaire.
