Delays of more than 120min will incur one extra night charge. Two towels per guest are provided as part of the booking, extra towels used are charged at £5 per towel. Any and all deposit deductions will incur a £50 administrative fee, on top of the cost to replace like-for-like any missing or damaged items, plus 3.9% payment processor fee. No other guests other than those indicated in the booking are authorised to enter the property at any one time. Unbooked visitors or guests will be charged £30 per guest per night, applicable after the second guest and applicable for the totality of the duration of the stay, plus £50 admin fee, plus 3.9% payment processor fee.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
