There are communal barbecues on the Cortijo Zamalea’s shady terrace. The gardens contain fountains, and are surrounded by fruit trees and farmland.
The Sierra de Aracena Mountains are popular for hiking and cycling. The Cortijo can also arrange horse riding excursions. The beaches of the Costa de la Luz are 60 km away, while the UNESCO-protected Doñana National Park is 80 km away.
