It is bright and is located on the top floor of our house with an independent entrance.
The apartment will delight you with its privacy and comfort.
Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a dead end.
The accommodation is not suitable for children.
Summer and winter, you can practice many outdoor activities. There is no shortage of cultural activities.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Unless I am unavailable, I will welcome you between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., beyond that a key box allows easy access to the accommodation.
Departure is before 10 a.m. in my presence.

Séjour très agréable, notre hôte Laure fut d’une grande sympathie et nous réserva un très bel accueil dans son gîte.
Appartement très soigné et très bien équipé en plus d’une vue à couper le souffle !

"Exceptionnel, allez-y les yeux fermés !"
Comme son nom l'indique, ce logement est tout ce qu'il y a de plus coquet !
Nous avons adoré passer ces quelques jours au calme, avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes, à une quinzaine de minutes seulement d'Annecy. Très bien équipé et conforme aux photos, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.

Accueil très chaleureux de Laure.
Le logement est très confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour rester plusieurs jours. On s'y sent vraiment bien.
De plus, le logement est idéalement situé dans un endroit très calme tout en étant à 2 pas d'Annecy.
Propreté irréprochable.

Accueil au top ! Très bon échange avec la propriétaire
Appartement très confortable et propre , tout équipé (lave linge , lave vaisselle, fours, machine expresso …) , baigné de lumière avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et la vallée
