Coco - Gîte Maffone

Former Magnanerie farm, under the old village of La Laupie in which we have created 3 colorful and cheerful gîtes on the 2 hectare estate: ideal for families, playground: trampoline, slide, swings; these 3 gîtes are very independent, autonomous buildings, with private garden, designed for family customers (we do not take groups)

Gîte "Coco" 52 m² - house on 2 levels on one level with private gardens.
Kitchen - living room overlooking the countryside
1 bedroom upstairs with 1 160 cm bed, air conditioning, bathroom, private garden access from above
2 ha estate with a large shared swimming pool of 7.5 x 12 m
TV, desk, storage, bathroom with shower bath
Downstairs, living room with 90 cm extra bed.

You can take full advantage of the 2 hectares and even beyond, go on foot, 10 minutes away, visit the old hilltop village of La Laupie with its panoramic view of the Valdaine plain (seen in Des Racines et des Ailes) or do your shopping in the village located 500 meters away, there is a bakery and a store of local organic producers: wine, vegetables, meat, trout, delicious cheeses...
