Your room will be located upstairs (this floor includes 1 other adjoining room on the same landing that can accommodate another tenant). You will stay in an authentic 18th century Lauragaise building

Included: private covered parking space, WiFi, bed linen and towels, tea towels, water, electricity, heating, outdoor drying rack, iron and ironing board, cleaning products and accessories
Optional: washing machine or dryer: €5 (free from a 2-week stay) and optional end-of-stay cleaning fee: €30 (excluding dishes done / put away, bins emptied and sheets removed)

Comfortable room: WiFi, television, blackout blind, desk, chair, wardrobe with wardrobe, storage space, radiant panel heating

Exceptional location on 1 ha of greenery with many shaded green spaces, a small private wood and its pond. You will appreciate the calm of the countryside while being close to all amenities (motorways, shops, train station)

You will share the living spaces with the tenants of the second bedroom:

1) a large library floor: sofa, armchairs, dining table and chairs, meal equipment and accessories (crockery, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer), ironing board and iron (this very large room is not heated in winter but an infrared in front of the table allows meals to be warm)

2) a toilet block which brings together in one and the same place: shower cubicle, WC, sink/washbasin, extractor hood, basic household products, kitchen utensils, 2 ceramic hobs. This is not a "real" kitchen, but conveniences allowing you to eat fast or reheat (this room is equipped with a fan heater).

You will have access to the garden area common to all rentals (hammock, table and chairs, relax, barbecue). You will have access to the pool table in the common room on the ground floor.

40% deposit upon booking (check or bank transfer)
Deposit of €300 not cashed (cheque) + balance of the stay to be paid before the keys are handed over when entering the premises.
For monthly rentals, the rents are to be paid before the 5th of the month.

Health protocol in force respected (vaccinated owners, disinfection before each rental, provision of masks / hydroalcoholic gel, limitation of non-essential interactions).
This accommodation has common areas (kitchen, shower, toilets, library, billiards), the vaccination pass will be requested on your arrival, in accordance with the directives of the Haute-Garonne Departmental Tourism Committee. thank you for your understanding
