Set on a promontory above Veronica Channel and the entrance to Port Opua Harbour, Cliff Edge by the Sea offers magnificent uninterrupted sea views. With no near neighbours Guests are assured relative peace and privacy. Access to the secluded beach below is a mere 5 minutes walk.
All rooms feature a private balcony with garden and sea views. An iPod docking station, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player are included. Some offer cooking facilities or a relaxing bath.
Breakfast is available and included in the Guest Bed Room tariff, but not with the 2 apartments. It is served in communal dining and includes cereals, fruit, toast, cheese and a variety of meats as well as cooked options like eggs prepared to one's preference.
Cliff Edge by the Sea is 2 minutes’ drive from the Opua Ferry Terminal. It is 9 minutes’ drive from the township of Paihia and 12 minutes’ drive from Waitangi.

It features a king size bed, wich can not be split. The bathroom is rather compact. The separate living area has great sea views and a small verandah. It features a kitchenette with a fridge, convection/micro wave, and single gas cook top. Nespresso Machine and a dining/sitting area, heat pump and large TV, Complimentary WiFi. Occupying the entire lower floor of the building the One- bedroom studio apartment offers total privacy! The apartment has its own separate private entrance. Access is by a number of stairs and is therefore not wheelchair friendly. Please note that breakfast is not included in the tariff
