On the property, visitors to this beautiful vacation rental have access to their own very private walled courtyard with covered outdoor living room, barbecue grill, fire pit, sitting and dining areas.
Beyond the medieval walls of the gîte and its courtyard, beautiful walking paths wind through woods, orchards and vineyards, alongside ancient ponds and continue into the Gers countryside.
The estate has a very large 9 x 16 m swimming pool next to an elegant 17th century orangery, both shared with the gîte's guests.
These are located a 3-minute walk from the gite, ensuring that the cheerful noise of the swimming pool is not disturbing.

The house is equipped to accommodate up to 8 people but the convertible sofas can accommodate 10, however each person over 8 years old will be charged an additional 40E per night.

To visit Chateau de Seailles, you will require your own car. There is no public transport in this region.
Turn off the main road at Demu, following your GPS directions to Seailles.
Please text us when you take the turn off from the N road at Demu.
On entering the village of Seailles from the direction of the main road at Demu, take the first driveway to your left.
You will find a long avenue of Tilleul trees, follow the avenue to the Chateau.
The Gite occupies the old bakery to the right (but contiguous with) the main chateau building.
There are two large red wooden doors, facing the gravel parking area.
The first one, (the one on your left as you face them), is the entrance to the Gite and its courtyard.
Park along the lawn in front of the red door, enter the covered walkway, and you will find the front door to the Gite on your left.
If you have arranged for no contact check in, then your key will be in a lock box under the plant to the left of the door.
Otherwise, we will be there to meet you.
