VILLA GRÈ DES FLOTS, AIR-CONDITIONED VILLA (5 adults max + 2 children)
Lacanau-Océan, 400 m from the heart of the village and the ocean, our villa is located in what we call “the old” town.
It is available from June to December. We live there the rest of the year which gives it a certain “soul”.
The renovation work carried out in 2015 on this old Canaulaise in which I grew up, infused charm and warmth thanks to the mixture of several species of wood.

You will find all the modern comfort that you can expect, as well as the softness of a house that we take great care of.
The villa is suitable for a family of up to 5 adults and two children, its space and clarity will ensure you have a peaceful vacation.
You can park for free in the street or adjacent areas subject to availability, however paid private parking is 400 m away (to be reserved by contacting the Lacanau municipal police).
Less than 5 minutes on foot, you will find a “Carrefour Market”, several bakeries, an organic grocery store as well as numerous food shops.
The bus station is 600 m away.

- a large bedroom (air-conditioned) for 2 adults (160 cm bed) with lounge, sofa, television and garden view
- adjoining, the small bedroom for two children (80 cm beds) and a bathroom with toilet
• ON THE GROUND FLOOR :
- a small terrace that can be used to shelter your bikes
- the entrance and a toilet for your visitors
- the fully equipped kitchen* and its living-dining room
- a large, very comfortable, modular air-conditioned family living room with a view of the terraces
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed for 2 adults (160 cm bed). Its bathroom and toilet are integrated, washing machine and dryer
- a small building houses a single bedroom (90 cm bed). It is perfect for an adult or a teenager, with its bathroom and toilet 90 cm bed, WiFi of course
