Hiking trails Bike path FishingWe offer you an independent 35 m² cottage, located in our property, with a private exterior as well as a parking space at the entrance to the house.
The house is located on the west side, you go to the beach on foot, the ocean is less than 300 m away.
Departure from the bike rental to reach the cycle paths, LA COTINIÈRE and its fishing port are less than 1 km away with numerous shops, fisheries, restaurants, ice cream parlors, boutiques, etc.
Ideal for 2 people but can accommodate 1 couple with 1 child (sleeping extra in the BZ).
The rental includes:
- 1 sleeping room 140x190
- 1 bathroom
- 1 living room with BZ sofa, television
- 1 equipped kitchen (fridge, washing machine, induction hob, hood, microwave, oven, etc.)
Small exterior to enjoy your meals, table, parasol, drying rack, deckchairs, electric plancha…
Possibility of parking bicycles in the garden.
Gift during your stay : Petite épicerie café, filtre, thé, sucre, huile ,vinaigre ...etc et plus encore pendant votre séjour

Merci à Mr et Mme Ruiz pour leur accueil dans cette charmante maisonnette super calme et malgré tout proche de tous les commerces étant donné sa situation à La Cotinière (Mr Ruiz nous a même concocté quelques petits plats savoureux 😋😋😋) Nous recommandons vivement. Super hôtes 🤗🤗

Accueil Chaleureux des propriétaires. Location agréable près du port de La Cotinière et de la plage. Résidence calme et sans problème pour garer la voiture.
