This pretty house, located in the center of Batz-sur-Mer, will delight you with the cachet it exudes and which gives it all its charm. All the necessary comfort is there to feel at home and spend unforgettable holidays.
9 min walk from Saint-Michel beach and 18 min from Valentin beach, choose your favourite. Between the wild coast and the salt marshes, you will be able to satisfy your thirst for walks.
Close to the station, you can arrive by train and do everything on foot!

The house, with an area of 70 m², with 1 floor, is composed as follows:
Pass the front door, you arrive directly in the tree-lined patio, full of charm, sunny and partly sheltered under a veranda, where you can bask in peace in the garden furniture or have lunch around the outdoor table after having enjoyed the barbecue or the plancha.

• On the ground floor
- bright living room with its cozy lounge, nicely decorated, TV and WiFi
- closed kitchen, furnished and equipped with everything you need like at home, a table with stools allows you to take your meals there
- bathroom with sink, shower and toilet

• Upstairs, on parquet with exposed beams
- 1 beautiful master bedroom with double bed 160
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 (allowing to make a double bed by bringing them together)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 (and an additional mattress if needed)

- on your arrival, a deposit of 500 € will be requested by check and returned within 1 month after your departure. Please prepare it before your arrival.
- arrivals from 7 p.m. are increased by 40 €, to be paid in cash at the concierge. Arrivals after 10 p.m. are not permitted.
- linen is not provided, if you wish, you can rent it via the concierge
- a low season charges package will be requested in addition from 15/10 to 15/04 of 40 € / week and 25 € up to 3 nights
