Non-smoking house, an ashtray is available on the terrace, however be careful about cigarette butts not to crush them on the terrace because house and wooden terrace.

You will be asked for a security deposit of 400 € by check not cashed to guarantee any damage, it will be returned in full if at the time of leaving, the house is returned in the state found on entering the premises (vacuum cleaner passed, floor washed, shower, basins cleaned, kitchen and toilets cleaned, dishes clean and tidy, garbage cans emptied and taken away, barbecue cleaned, sheets removed).
