The beach is 8 minutes away on foot, the famous La Torche surf spot is only 10 minutes away by bike.
All the shops are nearby: bakery, fishmongers, delicatessen, creperies, bars, restaurants with their sea view terrace.
Many water activities are offered: sailing school, surfing, paddle, water walking, kayaking, fishing...
The house consists of:
on the ground floor: a living room with fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed with a shower room, a separate toilet.
on the 1st floor: a bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom.
the house has 2 terraces: the 1st overlooks the bedroom, the second on the living room. They are both equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs.

Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, induction hob, extractor, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), kettle, toaster, electric grill, raclette grill, pancake grill, fridge-freezer.

On your arrival, the beds are made and the towels provided.
