Charmante ferme rénovée, spacieuse et paisible

Charming renovated farmhouse in the middle of a Vosges village. Spacious interior suitable for family gatherings and/or friends.
The property has 4000 m2 of grounds and two terraces, one of which is covered and has garden furniture, a table and a hot tub.
There are several peaceful spots to relax, as well as play areas such as a petanque area, badminton nets, etc.

We can accommodate a maximum of 12 adults and 2 children. Babies are not travellers in their own right.

Accommodation :

The house has 4 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has an individual dressing room as well as a King size bed (2 adults).
This room is typical of 1821 (the age of the house) and has antique wooden cupboards, a clock and an old decorative stone fireplace.

- Bedroom 2, on the first floor, has a desk, a wardrobe and two single beds (2 people).

- Bedroom 3, on the first floor, is a large room with a wardrobe, a king-size bed and a double bed (2 adults + 2 children or 4 adults).

- Bedroom 4 is a bedroom with a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a double bed (2 adults) and a single bed that can form 2 by pulling it out from the bottom (1 or 2 children).

- Lounge 2, on the first floor, can be closed with curtains and you can unfold the sofa bed if you need an extra bed. (2 adults)

□ The house has 2 bathrooms and an individual toilet :
-On the ground floor, a large shower and a double washbasin
-Upstairs, a bath/shower, basin and toilet.

□ Some equipment not listed in the description:
You have two hoovers in the accommodation but also outside a gas plancha, wood barbecues, outdoor furniture (deckchairs, multipurpose chairs,...), raclette appliances, waffle maker, home meal delivery In addition, it is possible to park a car in the garage.

□ At the travellers' prior request, we can provide 2 umbrella beds, 1 playpen, 2 high chairs, and install the fire screen for the stove.
