Josiane and Bernard will be happy to welcome you to their bungalow in Goyave, for an excellent holiday stay in Guadeloupe.
The town of Goyave, which has around 8,000 inhabitants, is located on Basse-Terre, 30 km equidistant from the towns of Pointe-à-Pitre and Basse-Terre, capital of Guadeloupe.
You will be 2 km from the beach of Sainte-Claire and the town of Goyave with its shops; medium-sized grocery stores, pizzeria, bakery, fishmonger, laundry, service station with credit card distributor, newspapers, tobacconist, car wash, pharmacy, doctor and nurse.
A large area, with shopping mall and restaurants, is located in the town of Baie-Mahault, about 15 km towards Pointe-à-Pitre.
Retired metropolitans, in Guadeloupe since 1988, we will always be at your disposal to enhance your stay and give you advice, information and explanations on the habits and customs of our island with the essential sites to visit.

Our bungalow was built in 2006. It has equipment, layout and comfort that are designed for seasonal rental.
After its construction, we took the necessary steps to classify our bed and breakfast. It is currently referenced and classified 3 stars by the organization Atout France. It was checked according to national rules.
You are therefore reassured of your purchase for accommodation, comfort and equipment.
Moreover, if you are a regular, you know in advance what the level of standing of the accommodation will be.

Our environment is the countryside and we are 2 kilometers from the town of Goyage.

Our key words are: calm, tranquillity, independence and security.

IT IS IDEAL FOR A COUPLE without children

Our bungalow has a living area of 33 m², plus an outdoor terrace of 5 m².
It is built in red wood from Brazil, it has 2 aluminum windows with wooden shutters, the American kitchen is closed with a rolling shutter.
The main closure is via a red wooden door with 2 locks and 1 electric roller shutter, the floor is vitrified parquet.
The main room is air-conditioned.
Perfectly maintained, it is located inside our property, near our home. We are in a residential, quiet and ventilated subdivision.
He is alone and totally independent.
The bungalow and the swimming pool are covered by the WiFi system (free).

The basic ingredients are offered on arrival: 1.5 liters of water, 2 pods of unsweetened condensed milk, capsules for the Nespresso coffee maker, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, a roll of toilet paper, paper towel, paper aluminium, plastic wrap, coffee filters, a bottle of homemade maracuja punch, first breakfast, a basket of local fruits, a composition of tropical flowers.
Sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, hand and pool towels provided, changed weekly.
Air conditioning from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m.
Possibility of end of stay cleaning, €40 for 1 week, €60 for 2/3 weeks.

The handover and the inventory of the bungalow will be done when you enter the premises.
