Cancelation
Any cancellation must be notified to the Marches du Velay - Rochebaron Community of Communes by post or email. Cancellation by the customer entails the following deductions:
• cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the stay: 25% of the price of the stay
• cancellation between the 30th and 8th day inclusive: 50% of the price of the stay
• cancellation between the 7th and 2nd day inclusive: 75% of the price of the stay
• cancellation the day before or the day of the beginning of the stay or no-show: 100% of the price of the stay.
