Hiking trails Bike path FishingAn oasis of peace surrounded by nature. We rent our little cottage from spring until late autumn to those seeking peace and nature.
The Chalet Mignon is located in a large private area of 12 hectares with a private lake in a protected area on the plateau of 1000 ponds (Region of the thousand ponds). It is 560 meters above sea level, at the foot of the Vosges saônoise. Peace, nature and animals have 1st priority here.
The comfortable Chalet Mignon has a living room with a sofa bed and a dining table, a small kitchen (electric hob, fridge, micro-grill) and a small bathroom.
The Mignon chalet offers space for two adults with two children. Under the two gables are two beds with a width of 140cm and 160cm. The sofa bed can also be converted into a bed.
The chalet is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, spices, sugar, salt, etc. are available.
The chalet can be heated with a fireplace. Internet and WiFi can be used free of charge.
The chalet offers a small balcony, lots of nice places to relax, a barbecue and lots of land. You are welcome to use our pond for swimming, fishing or to take a ride with the small boat.
Dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash. Our cats say thank you.
A Swiss couple with their animals, nature and tranquility welcome you.
Location and location of accommodation
The chalet is located in a secluded location near the forest on a meadow about 80 meters from the farm.
You find wonderful hiking and biking trails in unspoiled nature with numerous lakes.
The nearest hamlet (La Mer) is 1.5 km away and the nearest village (Faucogney) 4 km away. In Faucogney there is: pharmacy, doctor, bakery, small shop, post office, bakery, butcher, restaurant, garage, church, ... In summer, there is every Saturday from 4 pm to 8 pm a market with products locals in the region.
In Mélisey (10 km) there is a large supermarket with a nice fruit and vegetable section and sale of fresh meat. Also various shops, among others, pharmacy, butcher, florist located in the small town. Melisey is located on the "Ognon" river and has a very well located swimming pool with slide for children. Wednesday morning there is a small market in Mélisey.
Only 30 minutes by car is the beautiful little town of Luxeuil-les-Bains with its health center and various restaurants.
Faucogney-et-la Mer is located in the Mille Etangs region (region of 1000 ponds). It is located in the Bourgogne France Comté and Haute Saône regions.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce petit chalet mignon comme son nom l'indique. L'environnement est très reposant et calme, c'est ravissant. Un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur super accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse.

"Agréable séjour"
Accueil chaleureux, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et très disponibles. Un petit coin de nature préservé pour un séjour au vert. Nombreuses randonnées depuis le site.

"FANTASTIQUE!"
Denise et Urs sont deux personnes exceptionnelles, d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité sans faille. Ils sauront vous accueillir de la meilleure manière qui soit! Le site privé de 12 hectares entourés de nature est merveilleux. Les chevaux, les biquettes, les chats et "Huguette" la tortue feront le bonheur de vos enfants. L'étang donne un charme particulier au site! Hâte d'y retourner c'est certain! Nous avons passés une magnifique semaine... Milles mercis à Denise et Urs!
