Sauna Hammam / Steam room Fitness room Playground Ski-to-door accessOur magnificent chalet, all in logs, is located on the edge of the woods and consists of two separate accommodations. The chalet is decorated with refinement in a mountain spirit. A balcony and a large South / West terrace with a view of the Vanoise. Close to the slopes. An outdoor Nordic barrel sauna with a wood-burning stove with a view will seduce you and give you the experience of an ecological Wellness space.
It is located 150m from the Charmasson piste and less than 200m from the ski lifts, ski schools and nursery, with the possibility of returning to the chalet on skis. The meeting point with the ESF school is on the Arrondaz plateau. On the other hand, with the ESI school, the meeting point is on the Place des Bergers on the way there and back, just let them know, it's agreed between us.
• on the ground floor: an entrance with heated box for ski boot and ski dryer, a laundry area with washing machine
• first floor :
- a large living room with a lounge area around a pellet stove. Balcony and Large south / west terrace with a superb view of the Vanoise massif
- open kitchen with dining area for 12 people, equipped with a dishwasher, an American fridge, an oven, microwave, induction hob and all electrical equipment (toaster, Senseo coffee makers, blender , Dyson broom vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, kettle ...)
- a separate WC
- a bathroom with bathtub separates a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 4 single beds for the happiness of the children!
• on the 2nd floor:
- 3 bedrooms with double bed, one with balcony overlooking the Vanoise massif
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet
- a mezzanine with reading corner and sports equipment
Free parking for residents located to the right at the bottom of Chemin d'Arrondaz
Parking permitted in front of the chalet during baggage drop-off to facilitate snow removal.

Le chalet est parfaitement conforme à sa description.
Cosy, confort, parfaitement équipé et au calme sans vis à vis en lisière de forêt avec une superbe terrasse et vue. Le plus son sauna avec la même vue que le reste du logement, effet waouh garanti, encore plus avec les teintes du coucher du soleil
proche des commodités et des pistes (et sentiers randonnées), surtout pour ce type de logement, un peu de marche pour les piou piou jusqu au télécabine mais cela reste faisable et c est l occasion de faire la rencontre de la mascotte de la station

"TRES AGREABLE et TRES CONVIVIALE"
Très beau chalet spacieux nous étions 10 et nous avions beaucoup de place, le tonneau hammam est super sympa, la vue de la belle terrasse est magnifique. Tout est comme sur les photos.
Un petit plus serait d'avoir accès au sèche linge surtout quand on a un bébé.
Le local ski avec les sèches chaussures et les bancs très pratiques au rez de chaussée.
Je recommande sans problème.

"Excellent séjour"
Magnifique chalet, spacieux, complet , un vrai goût pour la décoration , au pied des pistes et du village tout en gardant ce côté sauvage et naturel.

Il est très bien équipé, cosy, la vue est magnifique !

"Séjour pour le nouvel an"
Le chalet tient toutes ses promesses…. ! Les photos sont en accords avec la réalité des lieux.. chaleureux, propre, avec une magnifique vue ! Qui est d’autant plus appréciable en sirotant un verre dans la sauna finlandais…. un pur bonheur !
