Hiking trails Bicycle hireChalet Le Cantou is located in a warm and relaxing place, in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes, at an altitude of 1000 m near Lake Chambon and the Chaudefour valley. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the peaks of the Sancy massif on its wooded grounds with a south-facing terrace. The chalet is located in a small mountain hamlet, Montaleix, 5 km from Murol and 9 km from Besse with its few farms and hiking trails. It has two parking spaces (note: the configuration of the place does not allow the parking of a motorhome) The interior (70 m²): • on the ground floor: entrance, laundry room, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, main room with wood stove and veranda with a view of the massif • upstairs: two bedrooms, a large one with a 140 cm bed and a baby cot and a smaller one with 2 beds: a 90 bed and a 140 bed .
Additional information:
Baby equipment available on request: stroller, high chair, deckchair, hiking carrying bag.
Pets are welcome with an extra charge of €20/week.
End-of-stay cleaning fee possible: 50 €
Weekly reservation: from Saturday to Saturday.
