Particularly quiet, its location offers you a very nice balcony view over the Tarentaise valley and guarantees you very good sun exposure (facing south-west).
In summer, it's a change of scenery, calm, while enjoying the fantastic leisure offer of the resort of Les Arcs.
In winter, it's a pleasure to benefit from a piste and privileged access to the Paradiski ski area in front of the house.
Access is pedestrian in winter (5 min walk).
