The chalet measures 17 m² on the ground and 10 m² on the mezzanine. It is located inside a residence located in Saint-André-de-Sangonis.
It is equipped with a 2-seater convertible sofa and, on the mezzanine, a 2-seater bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped :

- Nespresso coffee machine

- electric griddle

We live on the property and gladly share the swimming pool with the occupants of the chalet. There are no other tenants in the property.
The swimming pool is 6 m long by 3 m wide and 1.60 m deep. It is open from May 1 to September 30.

The accommodation is rented as a whole. The chalet is located in the garden behind the house. We will have great pleasure in sharing the swimming pool.
We have several cats that roam the property.
