Hiking trailsIn Auvergne, in the South-West of the Massif Central in Cantal, farm cottage with private fishing in the pond located 250 meters from the cottage: beautiful fish populations: carp, roach, perch, tench, etc.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room equipped with a sofa.
The rooms with a soothing atmosphere offer calm and rest,
The bathroom: shower, sink, and separate toilet.
FISHING at the private pond offers moments of pure happiness in the countryside, guaranteed fishing: carp, perch, roach, tench...
The terrace is directly connected to the garden: deckchairs, barbecue and garden furniture are available.
Only one animal allowed in the cottage: €15.
For your comfort the cottage has heating.
Please note that there is a second chalet on the plot.
Low season rental minimum 3 nights and in May and June 4.
Outdoor activities are possible: hiking on site, a path leads to the private pond for fishing: a boat is provided.
In summer, swimming is possible at the beaches at Lake Saint-Étienne Cantalès located 5 minutes from the chalet: high-quality natural water.
Ideal place to visit the Cantal mountains or the nearby Lot valley.
Far from the urban buzz, you can recharge your batteries like nowhere else.
The cottage is located on a farm. Hiking on site around the farm.
Shops are 5 km away in the commune of Le Rouget: a country market is set up every Sunday morning.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans le gîte le chataignier. Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances. Ce gîte très pratique où rien ne manque. Tout est bien pensé.
Le calme, la nature, la pêche et de très belles balades très belle région.
Nous reviendrons c'est sûr..
Odile et Jacques sont des gens charmants d'une grande simplicité et si besoin de quelque chose ils viennent tout de suite même en étant à 5kms des gîtes.

Nous avons séjourné dans le chalet merisier avec notre fils de 2 ans.
Super chalet au calme avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable.
Mme Lassale la propriétaire est très gentille.

Lieu très agréable et reposant le chalet est très spacieux et bien agencé tout près d un étang privé pour les pêcheurs les marcheurs ne sont pas oubliés avec tous les chemins de randonnée
