On the edge of one of the most beautiful lakes in France, a paradise for hikers, fishermen and all those seeking peace and quiet, come and recharge your batteries at the chalet "Le Refuge".

Located in a residential area facing Lake Settons, in the towns of Montsauche les Settons and Moux en Morvan, in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park.

Natural and calm environment where all nature lovers meet, you can enjoy the trails and forests.

Also called the Morvan of the great lakes, fishermen will be in heaven with the lakes of Chaumeçon, Pannecière and of course Settons (access on foot 50 meters).

Ideally located for your outdoor and nautical activities (nautical base 800 meters away).

The Burgundy great wine route is not very far either, in short, ideal for an idyllic stay!

- Rooms: Living room with kitchen area, lounge area with TV, sofa, sofa bed (2 beds possible), bathroom with WC. Upstairs a mezzanine serving 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed and 1 single bed.
- Residence: Approximately 50 m² with a covered terrace of 8 m²
- Exterior: 350 m² of enclosed garden, exterior terrace, direct access to the lake
