Affitto solo da sabato a sabato nei mesi di luglio e agosto e non prendo buoni vacanza.
Amanti del legno antico, venite a scoprire il nostro autentico attico savoiardo del 1898 pieno di fascino e completamente arredato da noi nel 2015. Situato in posizione ideale tra il Lago di Ginevra a 3 km e le montagne dello Chablais, cottage di 28 m² solo per 2 persone.
Possibilità di affitto settimanale, quindicinale e week-end 2 o 3 giorni, prezzi su richiesta.
Al piano terra: la zona cucina aperta sul soggiorno: zona pranzo tavola del pastore, piano cottura, cappa aspirante, frigorifero, forno a microonde, tostapane, caffettiera, set per raclette e fonduta, WiFi gratuito…
Riscaldamento elettrico, al piano terra e bagno.
Bagno: mobile sottolavabo, doccia e WC, asciugacapelli,
Al piano superiore: una camera da letto con 1 letto di 160/190 lenzuola in dotazione, TV a schermo piatto e lucernario.
Esterno: parcheggio privato, garage chiuso custodito per moto e biciclette.

In the event of cancellation of this Seasonal rental contract, the Tenant undertakes to notify the Lessor of his decision as soon as possible.
In the event of cancellation by the Tenant:
more than 30 days before the date of entry, the Lessor will return all of the deposit to the Tenant within a maximum period of one week from receipt of the notification between 30 and 15 days, the Lessor will retain all of the deposit.
Less than 15 days before the date of entry, and except in duly justified cases of force majeure, the entire amount of the rental will be acquired by the Lessor. The Tenant agrees to pay the balance of the rental amount to the Lessor within a maximum period of one week from the scheduled date of entry.
This Contract will be deemed terminated automatically and the Lessor may dispose of the rented premises: in the event that the Tenant does not show up after 8 p.m. on the day scheduled for entry, and in the absence of notification of late arrival ; in the event that the Tenant does not pay the balance of the rent or the security deposit, at the latest on the date of entry.
The total amount of the rent will remain acquired by the Lessor in the event that the Tenant decides to shorten the duration of the rental.
Any cancellation of this contract by the Lessor before the date of entry must be notified to the Tenant by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The Lessor undertakes to immediately return double the deposit paid by the Tenant, without prejudice to any claims for damages that the latter may have against the Lessor.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires très gentil petit chalet très bien équipé très très propre jolie terrasse très beau jardin et aime les animaux honnêtement très très bon weekend merci beaucoup pour ce séjour on louera très vite on espère on vous recommande se joli châlet n hésitez pas à louer
