Very bright attic, airy and cool all summer 15 minutes from the Cinque Terre by train. 4 double bedrooms, in each room you can add a single bed to get up to 12 beds, 2 bathrooms, entrance / living room, kitchen, 2 terraces. Sea view on the Gulf of Poets, in the green. Equipped and shaded terrace for lunches / dinners of 50sqm. Located at 2.13 km from the railway station of La Spezia - Migliarina , 4 km from the marina, 4 from the highway. Possibility of free parking under the windows (at sight) for more cars and / or van. In the same building: Bar, Giornali e Tabacchi, within 30 meters: Bus stop, Pharmacy, Minimarket. In a few minutes you can reach: Cinque Terre (better leave the car in the free parking and use the train, but, if you want it is 20/30 km); Luni Archaeological Area (excavations and museum); the Castles of Lunigiana; The Gulf of the Poets (Lerici, Portovenere); The Carrara Marble Quarries. Excellent base for day trips to Genoa, Pisa, Parma and Florence (all about 45 minutes to an hour and a half drive)

A15 A12 motorway exit "La Spezia" after the toll continue to "LA SPEZIA" "VEZZANO Ligure" to the first exit: "Vezzano" of the motorway. At the junction with the SS Aurelia take a left, then, on the roundabout second exit to Bottagna, go a couple of miles, at the first junction turn left to "La Spezia" "Buonviaggio" As long as the road remains uphill follow it, at the end of climb on the hump: you've arrived! There is a small church of the Madonna of Cyclists (monument with two-wheel bike) of Buonviaggio. There is a six-storey building with the ground floor Bar, Pizzeria, tobacco and newspapers, on the back of our doorway!
