Casa Chapman is a spacious house located right on the beach in Puerto Peñasco. It’s situated in a gated community just a 5-minute drive from the town centre.

This 3-bedroom house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, plus a dining table and a seating area with sofas and a fireplace. It also has an outdoor terrace with BBQ facilities and a park bench that overlooks the water.

Guests will find a major supermarket within a 10-minute drive, and a wide range of restaurants serving national and international cuisine can be found in the town centre.

The town’s “malecon” waterfront boulevard is a 10-minute drive from Casa Chapman, while Mar de Cortes International Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

50% of the total for the reservation will be charged at the moment of booking the property. Last payment will be charged 10 to 15 days before arrival. Payment will appear as "Acctng Svs Booking FMI“ in your account statement.

Late check out is allowed. If you are arriving after 5:00 pm please advise the office to make the proper arrangements. The cost is $20 usd which will be paid upon arrival. Make sure to bring the credit card you used to pay for your reservation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
