Capistrano Playa - 1 bedroom with sea view

This spacious one bedroom apartment is located in the popular area of Capistrano Playa.
Built in a traditional Andalusian style and overlooking Burriana beach, it benefits from a large south facing terrace which has lovely views over the gardens and the sea - stunning views - air conditioning - stairs in the complex.

The living/dining room is furnished with modern and comfortable sofas, a Smart TV which allows you to stream programs from your own connected device. WiFi is available free of charge in the apartment.

The modern, recently renovated kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and all the other equipment you may need. need for a holiday in complete autonomy.

French doors from the bedroom lead onto the terrace, which is equipped with a table, chairs, rattan furniture and a barbecue.

The complex has two communal swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, 40 cm deep, with lawns and shaded areas, as well as sun loungers for hire. There is also a poolside snack bar.

To access Burriana Beach, just a few minutes walk through the tropical gardens of Capistrano Playa.

Burriana Beach is equipped with showers, deck chairs, children's play areas and volleyball courts.
The Balcon de Europa is about a 20-minute walk away.
A regular local bus service is within walking distance of the apartment.

Please note that this complex has a lot of stairs, so if you have knee problems for example, we do not recommend this apartment.
