The villa is spread over 3 levels, each boasting a terrace and views. On the entrance level of the property, there are two bedrooms, one being the Master Suite with walk in dressing room, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower and bath overlooking the ocean. The smaller second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Both of these bedrooms have direct access to the top terrace.
On the lower level, there are additional two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. These bedrooms also have access to a separate terrace with outdoor seating.

On the middle level is a spacious living area with open plan dining room and a modern kitchen with SMEG appliances, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher.

The nearby Camps Bay Promenade offers shopping facilities, restaurants and bars. Table Mountain is within 15 minutes' drive.
