Ideally located, they allow you to enjoy the bustle of the port, the beaches, the shops and an ideal location for visiting the Breton coast from Mont St-Michel to the Côte de Granit Rose (1 hour on each side) .
Our rentals are completely renovated, spacious, bright and comfortable, located in a large building in the port on a semi-pedestrian street.
Cap Mouton: for 2 or 3 people, 60 m² with its 30 m² terrace and private sauna in the bathroom.
Cap Mouton is a nod to our favorite destination: the island of OUESSANT. And yes, when we go on vacation we often go to Brittany…
This land marked by its wild and authentic side is populated by men... and sheep. A bit Irish, Ouessant is undoubtedly linked to the distant origins of Victoire.
It is therefore from the Ouessant landscapes that we drew the color code for the decoration.
Entrance, large living room, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed, 1 spacious bathroom, separate toilet, a total of 90 m2 for two.
Private sauna, flat screen DVD player, hi-fi system, Chrome Cast, hairdryer, free and unlimited wifi.
All shops and supermarket on foot, Market Every Thursday.
Parking, free and unlimited, is available on the “Le Pommelec” square 50 meters away.

En règle générale, l'acompte reste acquis au propriétaire, toutefois il pourra être restitué quand la location aura pu être relouée pour la même période et au même prix, déduction faite des frais éventuels causés par cette annulation. L'acompte pourra, suivant certains cas précis, être transformé en bon d'achat valable 12 mois (Ex : Ordonnance en cas de pandémie limitant les déplacements empêchant ainsi le séjour).
J-15 et après : L'acompte reste acquis au propriétaire
Le propriétaire peut disposer de sa location
Sans un justificatif de cas de force majeure : le propriétaire exigera le versement du solde du prix de la location sauf si le bien est reloué pour la même période au même prix.
En cas d'annulation de la location par le propriétaire :
Ce dernier soumettra de nouvelles propositions au locataire, qui, s'il préfère pourra exiger la restitution immédiate de son chèque pour annulation.
Si le locataire retarde son arrivée, il doit en aviser au préalable le propriétaire par écrit. Sans nouvelle ni présentation sous 24 heures suivant l'heure prévue par le contrat, ce dernier sera considéré comme résilié.
